Since our first meeting back in 2005ish, we’ve always had about six active members, primarily working on novels and some short stories. We’ve found that’s the best number time-wise if we’re all writing and gives us good momentum. Fortunately for them, less so for us, two of our current members are moving to Austin (!), so we have openings.
